We Are HappyI sit on the hill laying in contentedness. My lungs fill with the heavy moist air. On a hot humid day such as this, the trees and plants scream for rain. Their leaves are cupped upwards in hopes for water to build up.We Are Happy
Such anticipation is felt by my soul. My eyes shine as clouds build up in the horizon. Leaves and branches are caressed by the wind. The breeze becomes harder as the sky darkens. My heart races in pure glee at the flash of lightning. The roar of thunder shakes my body. But it does not shake my eagerness. Finally, rain pelts my skin and I vocalize my relief.
